At The Green, every order is handled with the utmost care. Our ceramics are fragile by nature, so we wrap and pack each piece by hand using recycled and sustainable materials wherever possible.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 48 hours of purchase. During peak periods, dispatch may take slightly longer — thank you for your patience.
Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your selected shipping method.
Standard Shipping

Express Shipping
(Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days)

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Pre-Orders
If your order includes a pre-order item, shipping timeframes will be listed on the product page.
We ship available items immediately, and pre-order items will follow in a separate shipment based on their estimated dispatch date.

International Shipping
We currently ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
